The possibilities are endless when it comes to a dinosaur-themed birthday party. A gender-neutral theme, it’s fun for all ages involved, too.
At the end of the party, it’s a lovely idea to give all your guests a little reminder of the special day and thank them for coming along. We’ve got a few quick and easy ideas for filling the party favours with glorious goodies. You don’t have to go overboard, just pick three or four of the ideas to fill each of the bags and you’re bound to make it a ROARing success!
1. Papier mache dino eggs.
A funky papier mache egg is a super idea for a party favour container – just use them instead of goodie bags. The kids will absolutely love cracking them open to find all sorts of treasures and treats.
2. Party bags.
Alternatively, try these delightful dinosaur print party bags. Take brown paper bags and use a dinosaur stamp to make the print. Then, add a little thank you note.

3. Crazy crayons.
Originally for making chocolates, but these moulds are brilliant for making dino-shaped wax crayons. Great for those little scribblers out there. First, break up the wax crayons and fill the rubber tray. Put the tray in the oven until the wax melts. Then, let the wax cool in the freezer for one hour until they harden. Afterwards, pop the dino-tastic crayons out and stuff them in your gift bags.

4. Brontosaurus bubbles.
Another cute little idea is to glue small rubber dinosaur toys to the tops of shop-bought bubbles. It’s really quick way to create something unique and effective.

5. Ferocious finger puppets.
Finger puppets are a wonderful way to engage and entertain little ones. Follow this step-by-step guide to find out how to make your own.

6. Delicious dinosaurs.
Why not give the little monsters a few tasty jelly treats in their goody bags? Luckily, there are plenty of Jurassic-style sweets out there.

7. Brachiosaurus biscuits.
You could also try conjuring up some mouth-watering biscuits for children to decorate themselves at home.

8. Colossal colouring pages.
Add some colouring pages to your party favours and let the children use their dinosaur crayons and get creative. This free, set of ten printable pages includes some awesome prehistoric giants. They are fairly easy to colour, so are great for toddlers.
